Essential Oils & Exercise

When we friends had the time (very rare now) to exercise, we likely grab our water bottles, a towel, earbuds & phones.

But now??

We’re adding essential oils to our packs!! The amazing essential oils. Even the boys are using essential oils now. We girls have dragged them to our oily journey!!

We add oils like peppermint, lemon, orange, and grapefruit to our water to give us that PUSH for those days we are less than excited to exercise. This also helps us to avoid popular sports or energy drinks that are high in calories, sugar, and added sodium. Yuck!

These essential oils provide us the benefit of a better exercise PLUS it makes us HEALTHIER!! Yay!! 

So who would not want this in their friendship goal lists? Not me, nuh uh!
